When I enter the classroom I cannot see the other users

When you enter to the classroom you see only a white (or black) page it could depends on two options:

You have an issue with your webcam. When you enter the classroom you have to allow the browser to use your webcam
You are using an unsupported browser. We suggest to use Chrome as default browser for our conversation. This is the most used and tested browser with our platform.
